Beauty Lovers Rejoice! If you love all things beauty and live in Sephora and Ulta like me than you probably know that it’s time for Sephora’s biannual beauty insider sale. This sale happens twice a year and it’s a good time to (if you can) treat yourself to some items that maybe you had your eye on but the price tag has kept you at bay. For myself and other Rouge members the sale started last weekend and will open again this weekend. Joining in the fun will be the other two levels (Beauty Insider & VIB) will have the sale open to them. So as you get your lists (and wallets) ready this is what I’m 👀 eyeing 👀. Since my wallet does not have unlimited funds currently if anyone would like to get me an early birthday gift those are always welcomed 😂😂😂.
Beauty
I have been going back and forth between this palette and the ND Lila one (see #2) for so long. The colors look right up my alley and while I have spend close to $40-50 for a palette some how the idea of a palette being more than that won’t let me swipe the card to get it. I’ve read reviews and swatched it almost every time I go to Sephora…now might be the time to finally just go for it.
See above. But also if I won’t spend $65 will I really spend double than that on it? Doubtful…
I missed this palette when it was on the Violet Voss website so I was really glad to see it on the Sephora site. I love Nicol Concillio and I definitely have this palette in my loves all ready to go.
I have YET to get my hands on the Fenty Beauty foundation. If it happens to restock during the sale not only will I have to act fast but I may have to buy a back up. Unless anyone else has a spare shade 360 that they want to send my way.
Skincare
I love cleansers. I know it seems like a strange thing to have multiple of but I do. I can name 3 different cleansers currently in my vanity. That being said, adding one more isn’t that bad is it? This cleanser from OleHenriksen feels light and non-greasy plus from all the reviews I’ve read you can really put this on on-top of a full face and have little residue afterwards. Anything with that kind of review makes me want to try it for myself.
I feel like I should pick this up so I can stop getting a sample of it every time I go to Sephora. I use this in alternating nights a long with my Sunday Riley Luna Night Oil and have started to feel that my complexion is evening out. Plus having the extra vitamin C will keep my skin from look dull this coming winter. Even if the weather looks dull your skin can glow all year round right?
Another item that’s been on my list for a while (a long with the Herbivore Brighten mask) that could be picked up during the sale. Skincare has been my go to recently. I’ve definitely upped the products I’ve started to use and have found which products not only work but work for different things my skin needs. I gravitate towards Blue Tansy as I’ve found it’s really soothing and easy on my skin which is great considering how sensitive my skin can be.
This product has two things I love: Coconut Oil and Rose. I haven’t tried it yet but stumbled upon it while looking at other skin care items. And while my go to body polish is a homemade scrub of brown sugar and olive oil I wouldn’t be opposed to upgrading.
The timing of this actually couldn’t be better. I just finished my last bottle of toner and while not this bottle, I’ve been wanting to try this toner for a while. As the cold starts to creep in my skin will need all the hydration help it can get and I’ve heard this toner lives up to the hydration claim in its name.
Other
So I don’t wear lashes too often (my lashes tend to be enough with some but I’ve heard the raves about Lilly Lashes and the ones in this two pack look beautiful, perfect for those days when you just want a little more drama like for instance a holiday or new year’s party.
Are you picking up anything during the sale? What’s on your list? What would you get if you have an unlimited credit card and no worries?
